Review the following PBIS behavioral expectations with your child (attached below) that address being Engaged, Responsible, Respectful, and Honorable.Ensure a neutral background behind the student so that when they are participating in live sessions using Zoom or Google Meets, there are no distractions.They should have access to their textbooks, possibly notebook and pens/pencils to take notes and do assignments. Ensure a "desk" space for your child so they can be on their device and attentive to their teacher in the virtual session.All students should log onto their first period class by 7:55am. Make sure your child's Chromebook or device is charged and ready to go for school that day.You can also start by thinking about things you're thankful for in your life. Treat yourself how you would treat others. A starting point can simply be by changing your mindset on things. Be Optimistic - When looking to become more optimistic it can be challenging. During this pandemic, repetition is common however remembering to accept our situation by being mindful and breaking through the monotony on top of working with our circumstances will help us reach our goals.ġ.
